This is a super fun, giggling toy. It's not an obnoxious sound and the birds literally have to turn it in a certain fashion to get it to giggle (unlike a dog toy although take the chain off and it would work for your dogs too). Our cockatoo, Sydney, loves it and we encourage foraging by putting goodies in either end. It's a soft, rubber type texture and hangs from a welded chain with a quick link on top for easy hanging. Great for the medium to larger size beaks in your life.
