Payment Policy

We accept many forms of payment: Cash, Check, Money Order, MC, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Note: All international orders are shipped by the postal services and must be paid by credit card, U.S. dollars only. Actual shipping costs are charged (you can go to http://www.usps.com to get estimated shipping costs from the U.S.).

Return/Exchange Policy

For the health and safety of everyone's birds, we do NOT accept returns. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please email us, we'll do our best to keep you and your FIDs happy Busy Beaks' customers!

No Backorders

If we don't have it in stock, you will be offered the opportunity to substitute or ship without, we do not ship backorders.

WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY and do not exchange, lend, sell, rent or publish any information given to us!

Package Tracking

Texas residents will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax

Shipping charges are as follows:

Orders to $25.00, $ 8.00
Orders to $49.99, $ 10.00
Orders to $74.99, $12.00
Orders over $75.00, $20.00

This shipping table is for the continental United States ONLY; P.O. Box addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Post Office Boxes, APO's and FPO's will be charged actual shipping costs. Most packages over 1# are shipped via UPS (Ground). NOTE: If your package is over 1# and you want it shipped to your PO Box, you will be charged actual postal fees.
