There is a plastic nut & bolt (the nut moves and adds motion and texture to the toy) over the chain followed by a flower wheel. There is a fun ParroTop towards the bottom with lots of fun, squiggles for beak pleasing fun plus an adorable googly eyed creature that glows in the dark on the bottom.
